Booking & Cancellation Policy

Accommodation

  • Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment.

Cancellations

  • Individual cancellations made up to 1 week prior to check in will be refunded in full (minus bank changes)
  • 3 to 7 Days Before Check-in: 50% of the total booking amount refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days on check-in will be charged in full
  • Group Accommodation cancellations made up to 1 month before will have the deposit refunded in Full (minus bank and transfer charges)

Group Accommodation Bookings

  • Bookings will only be confirmed on non-refundable receipt of 10% of full booking payment.
  • A further 40% non-refundable deposit required one month in advance. Failure to make this payment will result in loss of booking confirmation and previous 10% deposit.
  • A further 50% non-refundable payment is required 1 week in advance of booking ie full (non-refundable) payment will be made 1 week before

Workshops, Conference and Events

  • Bookings will only be confirmed on non-refundable receipt of 10% of full booking payment.

Restaurant Function Bookings

  • Bookings will only be confirmed on non-refundable receipt of 10% of full booking payment.
  • Nsobe Game Camp must be informed of number of guests to be expected at least 3 days prior to function
  • Any extra guests arriving will be charged in full as per the per person quote given
  • If Nsobe Game Camp is forewarned of a reduced number of guests by at least 24hrs, there will be no charge on their behalf
  • No-shows on the day of the function (ie guests who do not arrive but have been expected and therefore fully catered for) must be paid for in full.
